Mayor Berry is in cohoots with the contractor(s)and the many commercial real estate devolopers that line the Central Avenue corridor. Construction will absolutely begin on this project and NO the people do not and Will NOT change the course of this project! This boondoggle with be rife with construction cost overruns and time line delays. These are tactics to squeeze out the small business owners along Central. Mayor Berry and his cronies will see to it that these tactics the are followed to a tee. When the construction phase has sucked the financial life out of the small mom-and-pop businesses thus forcing them to close their doors. This is when Mayor Berry’ commercial real estate buddies will court the big commercial restaurants, big box stores in order to demand huge retail space rent. Small local companies will not be welcome under Mayor Berry’s idea of "progress".

Welcome to Berry’ World, locals not welcome!

No, No & NO to rapit transit along Central.
Mayor Berry should be concerned with bringing jobs to Albuquerque and getting a handle on all the crime that is crippling the community not killing local businesses along Central. Does he really want to be known to be as wasteful and self serving as our past governor Richardson? I thought he had more sense!
