Half Price Admission to Zoo, Botanic Garden and Aquarium

BY JUANI HOPWOOD

The Albuquerque BioPark Zoo, Botanic Garden and Aquarium want Burqueños to take advantage of the beautiful spring weather. They have halved their entrance fees to half the standard prices, a discount offered once every quarter.

On Saturday, April 16, and Sunday, April 17, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, adults pay $4.50, seniors (65+) pay $2.25 and children ages 3 to 12 pay $2. Children under three years old will get free admittance.

Out-of-state adults will pay $6.25 and out-of-state seniors will pay $2.75, but children’s tickets are still $2 and out-of-state kids under three years old also get in for free.

BioPark Combo and online tickets will still be full price.

The BioPark has also scheduled several special events for this weekend, including daily seal, sea lion and marine animal feedings; a new mangrove-themed touch pool; and Spring Pastel Colors and Floral Design: Wedding in the Garden shows.

So, get a group together and soak up the springtime sunshine at the BioPark this weekend! For more information, visit the BioPark’s website
